1.2 ORDERING
Please use my online shop to place your order. Full payment is required before your order is fulfilled.
It is your responsibiity to ensure the information you provide is accurate, please ensure you check all details before placing your order.
1.3 PAYMENT
Creative Joy accepts payment via Paypal. Paypal is a safe & easy way of ensuring you are using a trusted & secure electronic payment gateway.
You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase, and you can use your bank card when checking out if preferred.

1.4 DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Currently orders are collection only from:

Orders will be ready for collection within 2-5 working days. I will be in touch via email to arrange collection or you can email me.

1.5 REFUNDS & RETURNS
Please note returns on personalised items are not available due to the nature of the product. If however your item is damaged in the post or is incorrect (that differs from what you have provided) I will provide a refund or replacement without question.

1.6 CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order, you need to do so within 24 hours of placing your order. You'll get a refund minus the credit card / PayPal fees. Email [email protected] to cancel an order.
